In this area it is possible to review, modify or process a refund of your reservations. For obvious security reasons it is necessary fill in the following fields: e-mail address used on your reservations (compulsory), and either previously selected credit card details, in order to view all reservations not utilized or reservations codes if you wish to modify a specific reservation.

Attention:
the change and refund of the reservation can only be done using the same credit card that was employed for the acquisition of the ticket.

Where the purchase was made from an intermediary, refund must be requested from the latter that is responsible for direct refunding of the customer.

In this area is not possible change or refund tickets issued via Internet in the following cases:
- the ticket using date has expired
- purchase has been paid by bank transfer and/or Unicredit PagOnline, BancoPosta 
- for tickets issued on code share flights that are not operated by Meridiana and Air Italy:
